- Shirts at JayJays now come with a V-neck. WTF? Nevertheless, I have two.
- Is the ABC the only place to get really tacky Britishy toys of a certain brand in Australia? The only place I've seen them is on top of a display stand in Burwood, NSW.

- Most grown-up fantasy novels are really thick, and thus, boring.
- Where does one get good ol' sneakers/genuine Converse shoes these days?
